Race setup Lotus 88 @ Spa

This is for Legion's interpretation of Lotus' wacky 88, a 1991 design by Peter Wright that had, in effect, two chassis - one inside the other. The inner one was unsprung, like a go-kart, to keep the aero absolutely constant (the tires themselves providing a modicum suspension compliance). The outer chassis contained the cockpit and was sprung to give the driver some sorely needed comfort (early aero cars were brutal). Legion's ver has tremendous downforce (just like the original); the faster you go, the better it sticks. You can take most of Spa's fastest corners--like Eau Rouge--absolutely flat. It makes you look like a much better driver than you are. My setup is a for a 10-lap race.
