Sim-racers all over the world have their eyes peeled on the biggest simulated race of 2015 with rFactor 2: The Virtual 24h of Le Mans.

The 24h will start at 13:00 GMT or 15:00 CET (which is in 30 minutes )

Of course Racedepartment is present during this endurance championship.

1ste overall now... So basically you are virtually in the lead of the championship.
But still a loong way to go...

Only 1 lap, we made it 1 lap longer then our competitors but we got in with less than 0.5L so we're going to be carefull taking that risk again

Not a good start of the race. Penalty from last race then not so good pace on green track, but very good pace in the 2nd stint, but a penalty at the end of it and few mistakes in stint 3. Stint 3 made all the hard work to regain time undone
But more than 21 hours to go

Stupid rF2 gave me a ffb mult of 1 instead of .5. That meant a lot of hard work and some wired ffb

I had an lmp2 lagging in front of me in the porsche curve. I dont know where he went but we wanted to do a driver swap anyway in this lap and lost so only 15 sec

#33 LMP car didn't have the best late night/early morning runs
I crashed the car twice, Aleksi once and April lot a front splitter. running 4th still with a shot at the podium though!

I had a really scary moment yesterday. A P2 car ported towards me and we had contact. I nearly peed my pants at 350kph you suddenly have something directly in front of you. Between the shots is only 1 second and then contact as the P2 car was like 30 or 40kph slower.

It's a very sombre morning for RedShift Racing this morning; we have had some terrible luck, that has seen both cars drop from their potential podium positions. Let's hope that we'll be able to claw a few places back in the 4 and a half hours that remain.

Just got back home.

Seems like a lot happened.

But be careful in the last lap. I've got some experience with that lately.
- Disconnected with just 3 corners to go.
- Jumped the fence in the chicane just before the finish line.
- Spin out in the last lap.

Could catch .7 laps to the leaders and 1.2 laps to P2 in my final tripple stint
