Racer at night,snow and rain

Hey guys,
i have a question is it possible to play Racer at night or dusk? Maybe in Rain or Snow?
Greetings from very cold Germany...

Yes it is. to set the time to night or dusk press shift and ~ then type in "time 0000" (or any 24hr time, must be 4 digits though, and press enter. and for rain or snow, press shift and ~ again and type "rain 1" or "snow 1" (disabling it just replace the 1 with a 0)

When i press Shift and ~ i wasnt schowing any windows.....

It's Shift+Ö on your keyboard layout. Also, the official documentation page shows some other related things you can set via the console, check under "environmental commands" for thunder and clouds, for example:
