raceroom , dtm experience and the internet

hi there...i'm a regular user of raceroom racing experience but at the moment I cannot use it because I don't have internet at home but only 3g on the phone...there isn't a way to play it offline?I plan to buy dtm experience but I'm stopped by the fact I need to have r3e installed to play it so I assume I will need internet connection too right?anyway I could play those games offline?

So this means I have to buy offline copy for now I don't have internet and an online copy for when I'll have internet via WiFi back?two copies for the same game?there is no way to have the steam edition and run it without internet?

nope and that edition still needs steam i think

The problem at the end is not steam...is the internet connection...anyway thx for your reply
