Yes, it's very good for general layouts, but doesn't help with renovations to elevations (e.g. Road Atlanta back straight smoothed out after the GT1 Porsche flip) or paving width changes (e.g. Mosport going from 32' wide to 40' wide).

Yes, he's one of my favorites because he includes extra data like track width when possible.
