I have rain, but I don't have drops on the windscreen or side windows. Effects is on Epic, I'm using Rift also. Anyone help please?

Having the same problem today. Was okay a day or two ago.
Going to uninstall latest nVidia drivers with DDU and re-install.
That didn't help. But removing r.RefractionQuality=0 from my engine.ini that I copied from here sorted it. Not willing to improve fps by 'cheating'.

I've noticed recently that rain is also not showing on my windows. I can see rain falling on the car body, but nothing at all on the windscreen or windows. I'm using mostly "High" settings, on a 1080. Until a few patches ago, rain was present and it was necessary to use wipers in rain conditions: not so at the moment!
