I have csp ver paetron with rain, I use app debug to get the wet effect on the asphalt .. what are these files of yours? To get a weather plan?

If you have the latest patreon versions it allows individual tracks to automatically see the rain on the surface and objects using SOL plan selector box (RH side UI) on rain/heavy rain or via a weather plan.
