RainFX not working on online server

Trying to run an online server with rain. Example if I pick rain or thunderstorm it will show the bad weather and thunder and lightning but no rain. I have SOL 2.2 and CSP 0.1.76 preview 92 with rain mod checked. it will rain if I do an offline race. I looked at the server log and it shows the weather conditions but not loading rain effects. I've seen threads about this in racedepartment, but it didn't work no matter what I did.

Doesnt work that way online!

Either you use the "Extra Options" in tab "MAIN" and enter

[RAIN_PREVIEW]
INTENSITY = 0.5

Is "cm_welcome.txt" even used in your configuration? Usually the file is named "welcome.txt". I've tested both versions myself and both are working if done properly. You dont even have to use "Rain" as weather. Even with a clear sky it will rain.
