I have RSRBR 2016 with NGP. Can I use these stages with my version? I'm pretty new to RBR...

To run it from RSRBR interface you need to repack these archives to .7z format with the following structure:
Alakyla.7z=>
Plugins
RX_CONTENT=>
Common
Tracks => Alakyla

Then put .7z file to RXRSRBR folder located in game's main folder and choose this stage from RSRBR interface in btb section and press "Go"

Yes, you need an archiver with support of 7z, then unpack downloaded zip file and pack it to 7z with structure I wrote above

I have tried to repack in the order you wrote, but I can't get it to work. It just loads some Finnish stage... Do you mean that I just take the Alakyla.rar and convert it to 7z, and then just put it in RXRSRBR?
