I have a question about the rating system. I have total 9270 points 99 TR 94 CN 87 PC 88 CC 79 Sa 76 RC only Competition I have 0 because i didnt join a competition till today. I am still Bronze Rating. Is it because i never joined a competition event?

You need to drive for some time for your rating to consolidate, I think.

I don't know then, maybe open a post in the official forums? As far as I know you need to do around 250Kms for the rating to consolidate.
