Simple mod for cleaner internal and cockpit view (not realistic )

clear windshield MOD how to:

Install GIMP or Photoshop. I use GIMP.

Install a DDS plugin for GIMP.

Backup any original files.

In \CARS\ find the file: _ internal_transparent.dds of the car you like to fix.

Open the file in GIMP.

Choose "Flatten Image".

Choose "Magic Wand Tool" and select all the grey window areas. If there is a window banner on the car then make a decision if you want to make that clear or not. If yes then mark that too.

Choose "Bucket Fill Tool" and fill the areas with pure white color (the whiter - the clearer the glass will be). Your choice.

Choose "Color To Alpha" and save the new file.

Enjoy your clear glass, as it should be.
