Rbr problem

Hi. I've been away from sim racing for a couple years. I'm just trying to re install rsrbr. I'm having a bit of trouble with the rbr game itself when I try to launch the disc to install it an error appears

"ENTRY POINT NOT FOUND, the procedure entry point internet get cookies exw could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\urlmon.dll."

I've tried just pressing ok but the game won't launch after its installed.

I've had a look for the rbr section of this forum but can't seem to find it. Hope someone can help.

Mmm. Porridge often claims to have heard of everything related to RBR, so when he's never heard of such a thing, there's no way it can be anything RBR-related. Only every now and then has his reasoning been proved wrong but still I advise to take anything he says with a pinch of salt.

I imagine you've already googled that error in general and perhaps come to the same conclusion. And maybe you've already found the solution by now but if not, unfortunately I can only wish you good luck finding it.
