RBRPRO unplayable after 0.4.0.0 update

RBRPRO said Mandatory to install 0.4.0.0 version

It failed to install - i don't know why - and now error message after error message on the screen and the game is unplayable
Can't load tracks, cars, even ENGLISH user interface is unavailable, just italian...
Updater menu won't let me update anymore, cause ut says it is already 0.4.0.0
