Buy Jean Alesi and Damon Hill. 5850 - 3200 = 2650

Buy Pitcrew Training 1 & 2 = 2650 - 1500 = 1150

Buy Chassis Upgrade 2 = 1150 - 1000 = 150

And that is it. Same sponsors.

Probably you looked to the "Money Earned" list on the first post. It is the whole money you earned since the start of the season, not your current budget. Check out the team list on the 2nd post for your current budget.

@Josh Noack - Money will not be carried onto the next season as that game will have a different system. Also you can't buy Bianchi. 2nd hand drivers can't be bought.

But why, if I sell Bianchi he's on the transfer market... Isn't it allowed to have 2 drivers in a team?

No he isn't. That is to avoid buying drivers with championship points. Their colors could get mixed up in the drivers' standings.
