With a fresh championship format, RaceDepartment is happy to bring you the Mazda MX5 Cup. In this exciting new series, the driver makes all the difference. With an H-Pattern and RWD this ultra-light sports car makes just 155 horsepower - so keep up your momentum!

Session Info
Races will be held on Sunday nights on a weekly basis.

• 18:00GMT - Practice (60min)
• 19:00GMT - Qualifying (15min)
• 19:15GMT - Race (40min)

Liveries
All the drivers are encouraged to create their own custom skin or find a car painter to have one made for them. Otherwise a default livery will be provided. For further information, please check out our dedicated livery thread. From there, a fresh skin pack will be compiled and released to the drivers for download when ready.

General Rules
All rules and regulations will follow the RaceDeparment League Regulations, circa 2015-2016. All drivers and teams must be in compliance with what is stated within the League Regulations, otherwise the entry will not be allowed in our league and the team/driver will be removed from it immediately.

All drivers must submit any incident reports within 48 hours after the race is finished, according to the League Rules. (Accident Video+Description)

Absences
This is one of the most important parts of the league briefing you need to understand! When you sign up to the RD MX5 Cup, we expect you to be present during all 6 rounds. This commitment shows respect to the league, your fellow drivers and the organisation.

Drivers who fail to commit to the series will have their premium membership revoked.

A skin pack will be made available for download shortly after on RD.

Restrictions and general guidelines

• The skin template can be found in steam/steamapps/common/assettocorsa/dev/skin_templates_ks_mazda_mx5_cup
• You may design the body of the vehicle; number must be clearly visible on the side of the vehicle; RaceDepartment logo must be present somewhere on the car
  
• send the file in .psd or .dds format
