we can change the layout of Indy from GP Layout to Oval

Yeah, Indycar should have loads of oval races.

Brands Hatch -nearly-oval- You pretty much only need to brake into turn 2 (on F1 2013 at least)

Really? That track isn't really good enough to host a race. Seriously, consider what the in-game circuits look like, as well as what they are. Also, you need to add some ovals really to make it a proper Indycar series.
