There is one positive thing. We are running on Ouninpohja only one time.

Ouninpohja is 1/3 of the total rally, time can be won or lost big time on just one stage

Yesterday I skimmed through the roadbook and noticed the BTB stages and the Finnish classic: Ouninpohja, my teammate Mike told me it would be a very fast rally but I didn't think it would be so fast, having seen the whole roadbook I stand corrected, I think the slowest stage may be the really fast Sikakama, I'm looking forward to this, definitely one of if not the best rally in the season, I think the average speeds at the end of the rally will be very interesting, also I can't believe we're already on the second half of the season.

^^, I do think that the running time won't be any longer than the previous rallies, even though it is quite a bit longer in distance!

That do depend if you are brave enough to use the high top speed throughout, or if you are a chicken like me and brake a lot

I really look forward to my first participation. I'm not really sure how to enter though. I read the instructions for rsrbr2011 and try to follow them.
What I have not cleared out are:
-which ss's do we run on the 1st /2nd /3rd day?
-do I have to make any selection before entering the rally? (eg car)
-do I have to save anything and maybe send it somewhere?

Obviously I don't expect to have good times, my base interest is to make it to the Fin(n)ish, understand how the championship works, try to follow all the rules and get ready to become S8 champion..

Sorry for late answer! Roy have been on a hillclimb event, and I've been busy today!

• All stages are run in one session. You can choose which of the 9 sessions to run, you only have to run one of them - all contains the same sessions with the same stages and conditions. You may run more than one session if you want, but only the first session you participate in, will count towards the results.
• You must choose the car you signed up with yourself, this will not be assigned automatically! If you run with the wrong car, you will be DQ'd.
• You must save all replays, and upload them/send them to me or @Roy Magnes

So I crashed in the first stage, then my computer crashed on the next two. Took the decision to bail out before the computer decides not to give me another chance. Just weird screen issues.
Massive shame, but happens and today I got to be the recipient.

This was a disaster for me, lagging all the time, exspecially on BTB stages...so that caused a lot of crashes for me...and I also had to restart on the first stage, but I did not reached the first checkpoint...so will I DQ from this event for that, or it is clear?
