Re-Up ReMake Start with All Teams Mod?

So the link from the original "Start with any team" mod is now dead due to all that megaupload red tape. Does anyone have a working mirror, or would be able to recreate the mod to allow us to start with any team in career mode?

I would really like to start in a Sauber (where I left off in my 3rd season in F1 2010)
