changed the pack to the lastest transfers

Pierre Gasly taking Sainz' seat
Carlos Sainz replacing Palmer at Renault

it only replaces the names, not the helmets or any skins!

Is there any possibility of changing the flags?

No. There was a no flags mod for F1 2016, which removed all flags. Don't know if thats avaivable for 2017. But changing is sadly not possible.
