This is a comparison video of how accurate the Sepang track downloadable for AC is, vs the actual race car experience. I was also curious as to how accurate AC would be when it comes to gear ratios and other factors such as steering angle.
You could see from the video that steering angle is spot on and mimics the real race car very impressively. I hope you guys enjoy the video! Disclaimer : I had to speed up footage of my Assetto Corsa racing ever so slightly to compensate for the faster lap times that Yuey Tan (Porsche Carrera Cup Asia) was doing. He was putting in a 2.09 lap and the best I could muster up was a 2.11.
Overall, a pretty accurate enough track considering it's a mod and not one of the laser scanned tracks from AC itself.
