These settings are absolutely brilliant, at first the wheel feels very light ... but you can feel what the car is doing, when you are losing grip and it just feels intuitive. Best Dirt G27 FFB settings I have used by a mile and I am driving a lot faster.

I did some tests right now and got quite another result.
Even if "Allow Game To Adjust Settings" option is enabled in drivers/profiler, game itself doesn't change steering wheel rotation range. Doesn't matter if soft lock is enabled or not.
If steering wheel rotation range is greater than being used by specific car and soft lock if off, game still uses limited steering range for this particular car. Turning wheel more makes no difference to turning radius.

It means that soft lock only limits turning wheel (if applicable). If disabled, game still applies turn steering lock to cars but we can't feel that on the wheel.
