here would be my list:
Verstappen - 97 | literal robot
Hamilton - 94 | still top 3, round this time last year would be 91 bc he was sulking from '21
Alonso - 94 | top 3, maybe 95
Leclerc - 92 | fast on raw pace, too many mistakes
Russell - 91 | lewis has put him down a bit this year, last year was probs 93
Norris - 89 | quick, bad car
Sainz - 87 | solid
Pérez - 86 | might still be overvaluing
Ocon - 85 | solid
Gasly - 83 | not as complete as Ocon so far
Bottas - 83 | pretty bad car, still solid, seems to be a step down from last year
Hülkenberg - 82 | does the job
Piastri - 82 | young but already on the levels on anybody below this
Albon - 81 | biggest disagreement. he has sarg as teammate, don't think he's special
Stroll - 80 | lance stroll
Magnussen - 80 | arguably higher
Tsunoda - 77 | a mess
Zhou - 76 | chinese money
De Vries - 73 | we should've listened when he got rejected to FE the first time
Sargeant - USA

Alonso better than Verstappen lmao
The intention wasn't to set driver ratings based on the driver, more for the results to reflect the real life results. Setting Alonso higher means he qualifies higher and often finishes P3. Instead of behind ferrari and Merc which he often does with base game values

With the tool, you can alter the ratings for season 2, and I may even release a season 2 version to set them to 'More real life values based on the driver alone'.

Sure Tsunoda 77 he just have the worst car and still manage to fight for point despite this, he is one of the best driver in the grid in 2023 so far, not even hiding he is just a stupid haters.

poostick updated Realistic Driver Ratings with a new update entry:

New Version - Personnel

If you want a more realistic start to your career, this is the version for you.

It updates the Driver Ratings based on the Teams Personnel Department Tiers. For example, Tier 1 Personnel teams (Williams, Alfa Romeo, Haas, Aston Martin, AlphaTauri etc.) provide +5 to each stat for their drivers. Whereas McLaren, Mercedes, Red Bull etc. are Tier 2, which provide +10 to each.

This makes the top drivers stats pointless. As Hamilton, Russell, Verstappen, LeClerc will all be 98+ Rated.

It also...

(I'm not sure whether adding in this backup will automatically replace Nyck De Vries with Daniel Ricciardo for you, but if not, you can do it manually. However Daniel's stats have been brought into line with the rest of the field regarding Personnel Tiers. He may seem overpowered from the Driver Market menu, but that is because AlphaTauri are only Tier 1 in the...
