Realistic Grip Levels for Abu Dhabi acu_yasmarina - grip levels night_acu_yasmarina

I changed the grip levels to more realistic values.
Now realistic laptimes can be driven.
This is for the Abu Dhabi acu_yasmarina and night_acu_yasmarina version.

I have tested the mod with different cars and it is now verry close to real life laptimes.
