Receive light selection missing

I have a weird problem with bobs track builder. The program has somehow lost the posibility to check "receive light" for objects, which driving at night very difficult. Anyone come across similar problem or know the solution?

As you can see from the attached picture there seems to be something wrong with the graphics, I just dont know how to fix them

I don't think it's missing, the checkbox is just being drawn behind the receive shadows label. Look at the cast shadow label to see what I mean. You should still be able to toggle receive light by clicking on the text.

Vista and 7 add a lot more padding and decoration to those elements (text labels, checkboxes, drop down menus etc). If you use a Windows Classic theme you might get some screen space back.
