Recommand me a cheap wheel

Hi everyone!
Could you give me some advices for a cheap wheel to buy? By cheap I understand about 100-130 Euros. I taught about MOMO or DFGT. Are there any better or which to buy.

I recommend the DFGT. Great wheel i use it also. And you can find it for arround 80 euro.

Does it work on Windows 7, because on Logitech's site they say only PlayStation?

Its promoted as a PS wheel indeed. But it works also on the PC.
