You use erp archiver to install it in
F1 2018/asset_groupes/f1_2018_vehicle_ package/teams/mercedes/wep/mercedes.erp

Mipmaps safe in F1 2018/f1_2018_vehicle_package/teams/mercedes/textures

Import the first livery_c.dds in main_paint_c and main_paint_d and the second file livery_s in main_paint_s

Sry, it is impossible to make it, because the livery doesn't allow to repaint many parts and it won't look very similar to the real camo look
