Refueling in V8 Supercars

Hey guys, I am slightly confused by the fuel rules and minimum fuel drop regulation that is present in some races in the V8 Supercar championship. For example for the clipsal 500, it says that a minimum of 140L of fuel drop. Does this mean that Starting Fuel + Pit 1 +Pit 2 = 140L of fuel? Or is it a different way that is used to calculate it?

You are correct, each car has X amount of fuel which must be consumed over the course of the race. In the case of the Clipsal 500 your math is spot on.
