Registration for World Trophy?

I paid for my team last week and immediately registered for the Trophy, but we're still waiting to be accepted through gpcos. Anybody know how soon this will be accepted? Really want to be able to get our numbers on our cars and submit them to be added to the mod. Hopefully this will be done in time for Germany!
