Reinstall stock cars

(Very long story that is just WHY i need this, you can skip it if you want) So i just got AC today, and i installed at turbo mod for the NA miata, i "just" had to move some files, and then it would have a turbo ... I thought ... It didnt work. One of the files i needed to transfer, was a .tuned file. Then later, i installed AC tuner, but in the car list, the NA miata didnt show up, so iwent in, deleted the .tuned file, and then went back into AC tuner, and now i could see the NA miata. Now the problem is, that the car has no sound ... SOOO, my question is, is there anywhere/any way that i can install the stock NA miata (the one that is in the game when you buy it)

right click AC in steam>properties>local files>verify integrity

Try renaming the cars folder to cars.old, then verify the game's cache again.
If it doesn't work you'll still have the folder there.
