Misc Remove restriction for real constructors as a Teamname 1.02

SmartRoadster submitted a new resource:

Remove restriction for Teamname - Remove restriction for Teamname

We have great full Team modes, but have to name the Team differently in game in MyTeam-mode.

This small update removes the checks, which forbids Teamnames like "Renault" or "Racing Point"

As usual, backup first and avoid being sorry. Online Play might not work, in that case restore backup or redownload original file.

Technically there are defined entries, which the game checks for Teamnames. I deleted them, so there shouldn`t be an issue with the check routine. I will try it later, and if I can reproduce I will try if an entry intro the "allowed" list in the 3rd part of the checks will do the trick.

Ok, the Word Scuderia was also on the "Bad Words" List, I removed it there as well

In 2020 the bad words list did actually nothing, I emptied it all and still was not able to use Honda
I wonder if it changed in 22.

You are cleary stealing mate. Comparting the file of jburon and yours gave me the results of only the word scuderia changed, and a change to WTF. If that isn't stealing...

Well, all I did was

• Extracting a file via erp-editor
• empty that
• reload it
• save

It took less than 5 minutes.... all the communication takes longer, i won`t even call that thing a mod.

This is no rocket science, I think more people are capable of thinking about that. I repeat again, I was not aware, that such a mod exists elsewhere, because I only use racedepartment for getting F122 mods. I also included a link to the other mod in description, which was removed because of not being necessary.

Very sad story here.... Maybe the hash-values differ from the files, because they where created on other machines, also that timestamp should differ in the original file from me.

I won`t generally remove certain words, because there is a reason for that list and I don`t know if it is possible to use that in online play to bother people. But I have seen that there exists a MyTeam-package for this vendor, so I will help you on that.

I think it will always bother online since there are only a few exception really to be runable online, and I don’t think this is one of them you can use online (
