Renault RS.18 - A fictional skin for the Renault

RENAULT RS.18

I made this skin for my personal use in F1 2017 because I did not like that the cars stay the same every year of your career gameplay.

The Drivernumbers work only for Nico Hülkenberg (27) and Jolyon Palmer (30) at the moment, I plan to add every number you can choose for you driver.

Can you do one that doesn't change the carmodel so I can use it with the 2018 Performance mod?

Ok that would be cool
You'll need the EGO ERP archiver to make both mods work: http://www.ryder25.com/modding/ego-engine/

1) Fist Install the 2018 performance mod.
2) Then install my Renault RS18 Mod.
3) Then you open the ERP Archiver and click on "file -) open" in the top left hand corner and select the "lotus.erp" file like i did in this Picture:
erp tut 1.PNG

4) Now you click on the "Xml Files 2" tab. It should look like this:
erp tut 2.PNG

5) The Xml files affect the car performance, so you have to import the "lotus.vtf.xml" from the "F1 2018 Performance Mod" 7z file. You can find it when you open the "F1 2018 Performance Mod.7z" file and go to
Manual Installation -) 2018_performance and in this folder you'll find all the xml files for all the cars.
6) You now have to copy the "lotus.vtf.xml" somewhere where you can find it easily (your desktop for example).
7) After you did this, you go back to the Ego Erp Archiver and click on "Xml Files" and then on "Import"
This window should appear:
erp tut 4.PNG

8) Now you go where you saved the "lotus.vtf.xml" file and click on "open" once you selected it.
9) The xml file should now be imported and you can save the lotus.erp file by clicking in file -) save in the top left hand corner in the Erp Archiver. You have to save the file in the same directory where you opened it;
(F1 2017\asset_groups\f1_2017_vehicle_package\teams\lotus\wep)

After you did this, both mods should be installed and working.
I hope this could help :)

But in the instruction file from the 2018 performance mod you should change the carmodel as well. That was my question

can you explain me how to do sauber alfa rome livery in ferrari chassis with sauber performances?

You have to change the red marked lines to "ferrari" in the "sauber-carmodel.layer" file inside the sauber.erp
saubertut.PNG

To edit the livery of the car you have to import the ferrari paint and decals and work with them.
Sorry for this late reply I had things to do.
