Please help me.
I managed to repair the game.
Since July I have compared all the car files .. from F1 2016, F1 2017, F1 2018, F1 2019, F1 2020, all are only different from F1 22 (only Lotus was ok).
What was wrong...
In the files there are lines "upgrade <upgrade name =" very_low " /> up
"<Upgrade name =" very_high " />" In between everything was empty, so the AI sucked everything out of the engine. (Did I really put it out?)
Brakeecu was too strong, brakes for the AI was too weak, for this...

I deleted some lines from the tirescompounds file mainly from the tire model and the game feel much better and more stable ...next I tired making the cars lighter by 50 kgs and the game was amazing...also made the steering speed a bit faster to 2.8 from 2.67899 something, it really good but still there's more things to try
