Replay ontrol and stutter

What is going on with RF2' replay interface?
The sim runs smoothly for the most part...as do replays.
This....as long as you don't call up the replay menu.
Anytime you try to interact with the replay system, the video starts skipping.
Minimize the interface and it is smooth again.
It has been going on for quite some time now.
Any idea on when it will be addressed?

It's another of those known issues... erm... that add to Rf2's quirky charm, due to be fixed sometime before the sun implodes.

Or not. Maybe.

Trying to RUSH them before the Sun explodes will not be helpful!

The replay system is a bit useless for capturing until they address this issue.
On a more positive note.... I like the newest UI quite a lot.
I am now running the title again for a few times per month.
