Replay Tool?

Does anyone know of a way to make this replay tool work with GSCE?

It seems that I can't get GSCE .vcr files to extract with common zip tools (7-zip, Win-rar, etc.)—any advice? If GSCE .vcr files just can't be extracted, does anyone know of a similar out-of-game replay tool that will work?

Hey this is a nice utility. I wounder if there is someone familiar with java code that could have a look. It might be something small and GSCx specific.
