F1 2010 Reputation

I don't know how does the reputation system work.

But after finishing the first 3 races in season 2, the reputation seems to be increasing by only 20% (or less sometimes) of the bar after getting P1 in Qualifying and Race.

I also rarely cut corners or cause collisions(I know these reduce you obtainable reputation after each race)

Everything just seems to go very slow after level 23 onwards.

Any ideas?

If you are in a better team later on it is harder to exceed their objectives, and this could affect your reputation gains, plus I suppose it would be too easy to get max rep before the end of your career?

Have you tried using the search tool? I remember a few threads similar to this before.
