Reset to Default?

Hello, I'm not sure what I've done but I've been running AMS1 (Steam) for some months now using a Logitech Driving Force Pro wheel. It's old but works ok. I have recently altered something and screwed everything up. Let's say I click on a car and track to do a test day as soon as the car appears in the garage it starts up and takes off at high speed on it's own, usually crashing into something in the pit lane.

Is there a way I can reset everything to default so I can start again? Many thanks for any help.

I think I'm getting somewhere now. I had auto pit lane and auto gear change switched on, now turned off. Now the car starts but just waits for my input. Great that's what I wanted. I have to sort my steering now which is way to slow, I think I have the full 900 degrees rotation on so need to reduce it. Baby steps.
