Rev Limiter?

Am I missing something? Is there a rev limiter in AC, and a way to assign it to a button on my wheel?

There is an automatic pit limiter, I am not sure if there is a manual one, but I believe there isn't.

Most, and for all I know all, of the cars have their own. It's easy to see it: Just keep the throttle wide open in any of the lower gears and it will be obvious.

I think you are referring to the pit speed limiter. If so, as Ricardo mentioned, it's automatic. It turns on when you enter the pits and turns off when you exit.
