Reversed starting grid on dedicated server

Hi folks
When setting up a dedicated server (not the in-game version) how can I make the grid in 2'nd race to be in reversed order ?
The option does not exist in the race07 dedicated server menus, so is there a way to "trick" the server into doing this ??

When you choose a second race it automatic reverse the first 8 of the first race.
Reversing the whole grid isnt possible.
