Very recently the Enduracers Modding Team and Gentlemen Racers released a new and rather impressive update to their Endurance Series rFactor 2 mod.

Having gone through some substantial updates in recent months, the Endurance Series collection of prototype and GT cars for rFactor 2 has been revisited once again by the talented Enduracers and GR modding teams, receiving a new version 3 patch that brings with it a raft of rather impressive improvements.

Already one of the stand out mods for rFactor 2, this new version 3 update lifts the Endurance Series mod yet further with a wide range of improvements that includes such things the inclusion of working position lights for all three categories, upgrading to the latest CPM tyre model version introduced as part of the Studio 397 'Endurance Pack' DLC, force feedback and physics enhancements as well as various improvements and changes throughout the mod.

Hot on the heels of the recent Flat 6 update by the same developers, this is certainly fast becoming one of the single most impressive mods in rFactor 2 so far, and well worth a look if you haven't yet had the opportunity to sample the new update for yourselves.

You can download the Endurance Series V3.00 mod from Steam HERE.

That's a big update. In particular I appreciate physics adjustments and updates. Now finally with P2 cars you can lock wheels with max brake pressure. More importantly now they have much less grip, perhaps even too little ( because they slide much more than the official Oreca 07). Overall for me they handle better and are more challenging and fun to drive.

Why do most GT and LMP cars have fixed gear ratios now?? Give the Mechanics some freedom!!
It's mainly for cost saving. They don't want the wealthy teams to slap new gearboxes in there after every session and the team with less money creeping around with a two month old one. That's why there usually is a limitied number of gearboxes per season.

Enduracers are certainly the most talented modding team with top notch work since rf1 so hat off guys and keep on your outstanding work ;)
I will always regret that they never officially ported their rf1 version to GTR2

Yeah I bought RF1 just so I could drive the previous generation on the mod. Would be great if it was converted across. Doesn’t have to be a complete conversion physics wise but would’ve been fun
