rFactor 2 Crashes to windows blue screen corrupt message

Hi all, I recently installed rFactor 2 again on my PC, however I get windows error telling me that my windows version is corupt and I need to reinstall windows. Does anyone have an idea what is causing the issue ?

rF2 has been migrated to Steam. Are you using that as your installation method? 2nd. There are 4 runtimes in the rfactor2/support/runtimes folders, try running all four. And do you have dx9 installed? Yes dx9 was the original codec for graphics with rF2. It has only been about 2 years ago that rF2 was updated to dx11.
And just for nothing, what version of windows DO you have? and system specs please.
