I managed to download, install and purchase without any major problems. The launcher is very slow, which I guess is understandable due to the amount of people trying to download the game. Just have to be patient when pressing the buttons, the action won't happen immediately and you may have to wait for a minute or so to go through each stage. I wouldn't worry anyway, seems like there are no servers online, just having a mess about at the moment, has lots of potential!

I've managed to buy it and got my email from ISI but when I open the game sim I can't click the log in, it's greyed out

Any ideas?

go on purchase and then reactivate. might have to do it a couple of times it worked for me

I have the same payment made eventually but in the launcher the login option is greyed out. Never mind I'll try again tomorrow.
