rF2 Rfactor 2 Week 4 Tin top challenge @Various Known Tracks

rFactor 2 Racing Club event
80 min is indeed a bit long. What do you prefer? 2x20 or 1x30, 40 , 60 min??? We can vote to next sessions if we all agree. So timetable is not mandatory.
Nevermind Gijs, a friend of mine went back to Sicily yesterday for a little holiday, we use to do a BBQ party when he is back here and the only day we can manage to do it is on Saturday (finger crossed for the weather), so, I can't believe what I'm going to say, I have to forfeit from this amazing NordSchleife by night event! :(

Tomorrow (wednesday 22th) I'll try out the new Megane. I could do it on my own offline:thumbsdown:.
Or jump in the server and do some laps.

Let's call it "Babby's first day out" ;)

I'll be online +/- 17:00 GMT until ...

Just recovered from the Nordschleife. :O_o:

I finished!!

I did kissed the guardrail a few times. But i had some good clean laps as well.
I did a 7m17sec with the megane endurance.

Hopefully next time i don't have to race with AI. Although they were good competition.

New week, new opportunities.

If a server needs to be changed, let me know. Most times I can manage to jump online for a few to do so.

rFactor 2 needs a strong format for club events. Look at GTL, GCS2013, Race07.... Same track for 1 week seems to work. It's rookie friendly.
Setting up a server and do what you want, apparently not working well.
a fixed schedule works better. People know what to expect.

No club races, no new drivers ==> leagues dry out.

rFactor2 community needs to more open to new drivers. Club races should be all fun, sharing experiences, setups and advice. It looks like they want to be competitive all the time.

That's my opion.
