Is it a free download ? where can i get it ? I have to download rFactor then add a formula 1 mod ?

FSR is directily connected to racedepartment or so.... with that link you have what you need to play the last season (i don't know for sure but maybe you can play the 2010 season as well) do as it says and you'l be fine.
I think they even have a public server opened.
