I found this file lurking on my computer (I hope its attached ok) I cant remember when or where I got it from, but I followed the instructions to the letter and I was blown away by the improvement in the graphics and the performance, only good for nVidia users obviously and thanks to Zoomin for the original file.

Like Simon said they are just settings for your nVidia graphics card, nothing legal or illegal and if you alter any of your graphic settings it wont cause a mismatch.
