rFactor on Ebay

Hello,

I play f1 2010 on ps3, and got the taste of racing again. Since i don't got time enough on tv (wife claims it) I searched the forum and thinking of buying rFactor. I don't have VISA or so and on Ebay, it's possible to buy with a cheque. My question: is the copie of the game in the following link a full version, or are there different versions?

the link for the Dl.
1255 is the newest rFactor version.
