rFactor Trial Mountain on 3DMAX (.MAS issue)

Im building the Trial Mountain sci-fi racetrack from Gran Turismo series (from scratch) but im having a problem when exporting, cant generate the MAS file:

error opening MAS temp file \~MASTEMP.TMP

So far this is the only error but this thread may be used for other errors, please help.

You don't need mas files at all, only as last step before exporting, if you want to publish it clean.
All your GMT and DDS files can live in the same folder as your .SCN file
