rFactor VS Nvidia GTX 680

Ok guys back on the subject. A couple of years ago I bought this video card. And thanks to the help of some people on a forum, who advised me to install nvidia inspector, I was able to set the card to the best and enjoy rFactor to the fullest. Especially using FRAPS to record replays to upload to my youtube channel. For some time, however, perhaps due to the card updates, I can hardly record the screen at more than 30fps. any of you have any suggestions for me?

Ram 12gb
Win 10
