rFactor2: How to put liveries [Steam]

Greetings,

Anyone knows how can i put the livery of my team in rFactor2 on steam?
One told me that i need to follow the path userdata/settings/apex687
When i go into userdata/ there is no settings but player/ then settings/ and i am not sure if that's okay.

He says that i need to create new folder just like that, name it like the car and that's it. Tried but nothing still.

I need help. If anyone knows please come forward

Doesn't matter whether you're a Steam user or not for adding skins (liveries).

Instructions at http://rfactor.net/web/rf2/custom-car-skins/, except there's a CREATE DIR button to create the directory on the Tuning tab, so you don't have to it manually (attached image, red circle). Below that, is VARIANTS which will get a spinner when you have more than one skin available (attached image, orange circle).
