Riverside Short AI fix for T7a - Another AI tweak for sensible cars

Much similar to my Bridgehampton fix. Gives a hint to the AI not to go wide on T7a as some cars are not comfortable with laying a tire on dirt.

This is a JSGME mod, so you can disable it whenever you use cars that can go offroad without spinning.
