Rock, Paper, Scissors Tournament - Season 18

Welcome to the 18th season of RaceDepartment's Rock, Paper, Scissors tournament - known as the RPS Tournament. Basically, this is a game of Rock, Paper, Scissors. It is very simple in participation, so let's get the 18th season started.

This season's features: (red are changes)

• The Football Theme will be staying for another season.
• If there are exact 16 competitors this season, the knockout stages will be applied. If we have less or more than 16 competitors, than this will be a league format.
• Group stages can be 4 groups or 2 groups. It only applies if there is at least 16 competitors.

How to participate:

• Sign up with a football club's name. (The team that you picked will have their home colour displayed on the fixture results and the standings. Away colours are OK.) Do not pick a club which is taken before you.
• After the sign-up phase is over, I will create a RPS conversation with you, but some of you might create one before me. You should send me 5 choices from the RPS in the group stages to determine the match score against your opponent. (Example choice: R-P-S-R-P)
• Rock scores against Scissors, Paper scores against Rock, Scissors scores against Paper. Same choices mean no goals.
• There will be a 4-day deadline. If you fail to send your choices in 4 days, your team will lose with a "3-0" directly.
